Characteristics of pre coated products
(1) the coated products with melt type precoating film will not appear blistering and peeling phenomenon, and the service life of the products is long.
(2) the film coating products with solvent volatilization pre coating will also take off film and bubble in the places with thick printing ink layer, large folding, die cutting and indentation pressure, or in the environment with high workshop temperature.
(3) solvent volatile pre coating is easy to adhere dust and other impurities during production, thus affecting the surface effect of coated products.
(4) the film coated products will not curl basically.
It can be seen from the above that the pre coating process, especially the melt pre coating process, has incomparable advantages, which is the inevitable choice for the future coating industry.
